If soldiers checking in for in-processing at Fort Sill, military personnel need to report to the Welcome Transient Operations in the Soldier and Family Support Center, Building 4700 Mow-Way Road. The hours of operation for in-processing at Fort Sill are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. In order to complete in-processing at Fort Sill, soldiers must bring a DA Form 31, a permanent change of orders form and medical and personnel records. The majority of in-processing takes place in Building 4700 at Fort Sill including ID cards, vehicle registration and financial paperwork.
